Every Agusl order will be packaged in a plain box, there is no product or company information on the shipping label.Please don’t worry, it’s a party on the inside.

Delivered address

Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (help@rosetoyofficials.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can’t change the address once the item was dispatched.

Shipping Policies

We deliver within the USA ,Canada,Australia,Europe. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver any ordered product as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. However, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be held responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery.

Shipping Cost

  • $7.99 shipping cost for USA, free for orders over $69
  • $9.99 shipping cost for Canada, free for orders over $69

Processing Time

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmed. Our warehouse does not work on weekends, so there is no package shipping on weekends. It may happen that there will be shortages, and in such cases, we will contact you via e-mail.

Shiping Time

  • For USA, 7-10 business days.
  • For Canada, 7-10 business days.

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Usually,you will receive your order ine 7-12 working days,due to covid-19, logistics takes 13-15 days for delivery (working days)

Tracking

Most orders are processed and shipped out in 48 hours after payment confirmed, Monday to Friday. We will dispatch the tracking number to your email in 24 hours after shipment, please check your email spam box if you do not see it at inbox.

If the tracking system says the order does not exist, it means the order number or email does not match. Please check if you used another email address during checkout.
